Can I add the NVP Studio site directly to my phone or iPad's home screen, like an app?

Yes!  Just follow the easy instructions below so that you can access the workouts on NVP Studio even quicker.

 

For IOS (iPhone/iPad):

  • Launch Safari and then navigate to https://nvpstudio.vhx.tv/

  • Tap the Share icon (the square with an arrow pointing out of it) at the bottom of the screen.

  • Scroll down to the list of actions and tap Add to Home Screen. (If you don't see the action, scroll to the bottom and tap Edit Actions, then tap Add next to the Add to Home Screen action. After that, you'll be able to select it from the Share Sheet.)

  • Type a name for your site link, such as "NVP Studio." 

  • Tap Add in the top-right corner of the screen.

  • The NVP Studio "web app" will appear in the next available space on your device's Home screen.  To move it like you would any other app, tap and hold its icon, then tap Edit Home Screen, and you'll be able to drag it to your desired location. When you've placed it where you want it, tap Done.

  • **Also, for those of you with Apple TV, remember that you can stream the workouts to your TV via AirPlay.

 

For Android:

  • Launch Chrome (or another browser) and then navigate to https://nvpstudio.vhx.tv/

  • Tap the vertical ellipses on the top right of the screen to open a menu, and then tap "Add to Home Screen" in the menu. The Add to Home Screen dialog box will be displayed.

  • Tap "Add" in the dialog box when you're finished.  The new shortcut icon linking to this website will be added to your device's home screen.

  • Tap the icon at any time to launch the site.

I don't have a lot of experience with Pilates.  Is NVP Studio for me?

Yes, all levels are welcome!    First off, NVP Studio offers more than just Pilates classes.  I also teach barre classes and fitness-inspired flows.  My philosophy is that Pilates exercises can be modified depending on your experience and fitness level.  For beginners, I give different options for some of the more challenging excises.  As you become stronger and more experienced, you will be able to go deeper, use heavier weights, and have a better awareness of the movements.  And, of course, I recommend that  you consult with a physician before starting any new exercise regimen.

Do I need to use props?

While I use props in many of the workouts, most of the classes can be done with just your body weight or with common, household items such as cans or jugs of water for weights, or a dining room chair as a barre.  I also have workouts that are geared toward specific equipment or props, such as reformer classes, stability ball, foam roller, etc.

How often do I add classes to NVP Studio?

I release at least 1 new workout every Monday at 4 a.m., AST.  

 

How does the 7-day free trial work?

Each membership automatically includes a 7-day free trial.  After 7 days, your paid subscription will begin and your membership will automatically renew.

Does my subscription automatically renew?

Yes.

 

Can I cancel at any time?
